Apr 4, 2021 · Hello, the track is the most common failure for the sunroof. The only thing you can do is drop the headliner and remove the sunroof motor and try to manually close the roof, if it still won't close, the track will need to be replaced. Ask Your Own Ford Question. I understand that.
