The only meat i like on my chipotle is the barbacoa and i always order it with a 50% portion because the default amount is too much meat for my liking. I assumed that Barbacoa was sort of like pulled pork but beef instead. You know, like a normal cut of beef like chuck roast or something that they cook slow and the shred up.
