Rebar downtown is one of my favorite restaurants (it is at the bottom part of Bastion Square). It has a lot of local and organic foods and has an excellent assortment of freshly made fruit & veggie juices. It's really healthy too for the most part and has a good vegetarian selection. Around 15-25$ though.
