The food, service, and vibe were all incredible. The food was gorgeous, both in plating and taste. I loved that we could pick and choose the courses we wanted from the tasting menu. It made for a more bespoke experience. The wine pairing was phenomenal. So, if you drive about 45 minutes up to Aspen, you may find the LeVans’ food at some of the best restaurants in town, like Prospect, which is Michelin-recommended, and Bosq, which has a Michelin star.
