So I have an HT2000W router whos System light stays off, and has no internet access. All of the other lights are on, but the Transmit/Receive lights don't blink. I've tried setting the dns to Google's, and setting it to get from ISP. Nothing works. At least nothing beyond the router works. I've power cycled, and rebooted in the router setup.
