I found the Nagakiba laying in the ground at the location Yuri moves to after the seaside ruins. I killed him at the mountaintops, thinking it was another version or something corrupted. The nagakiba isn't at either place. I was able to get the nagakiba if u go back to his location near the dragon boss in limgrave.
