The Rad guy said it's 3 row, but he could upgrade it to a 4 Row and make the rad a little deeper...going from 2 inches to 2.5 inches, and it won't cause any issues fit-wise in the engine bay. He said that it would help with cooling at the extremes. He also said that this CSF rad is durable and would be worth a recore vs. buying a new rad.The original radiator runs $525. The new single row runs $355. Their spal fan is $195. The difference in the two radiators is that the original uses 2 rows of 1" tubes. The new version has a single row of 1-1/2" tubes. The single row version seems targeted to those running stock or nearly stock engines.

Water capacity for all will be very similar, and probably not a difference maker.Radiator 4 row vs 3 row Discussion in 'Volvo Forum' started by waltherz, Jul 4, 2017. Jul 4, 2017 #1 ... 2012 0.
