It’s a bug, after being married for a while, all spouses stop cooking. You can now either starve, re-marry via console commands, or kill her and marry someone else for their home cooked meals. Edit // admittedly I don’t know if this is for all spouses because I’ve only gotten married in Skyrim like twice.
