The Dunmore is a luxurious beachfront hotel located on the pink sand beach in Harbour Island, bahamas. The hotel was founded as a members-only club in 1963. It opened to the public in the 1980s and was renovated and reopened under new management in 2010. This hotel still has its charm merged with contemporary style.
Sip Sip, Coral Sands Beach Bar, and The Dunmore, and Dunmore Deli (in town near Piggily Wiggily) were all very delicious lunches. The gorgeous pink sand beach and waters beyond were excellent fun for playing/floating/dodging the sometimes BIG waves. The sand is pink, superfine and doesn't burn feet- not even a little.
